We offer an unmatched combination of material expertise, product development, in-house tool design, flexible manufacturing, state-of-the-art process control and responsive customer service.
With our knowledge of compounds and experienced bonding technology, we’re able to produce:

Rubber
There is only one chemical type of natural rubber. However, there are approximately twenty different chemical types of synthetic rubber, and within each type there are many distinguishable grades. Our in-house ability to batch the rubber, test, mold and utilize our Basler automated inspection system reduces our production lead time to fulfill your needs.

Rubber to Metal
With our knowledge of compounds and experienced bonding technology, we’re able to produce rubber, rubber-to-metal and rubber-to-plastic parts that perform in almost any environment. Our ability to bond rubber parts during the molding process (rather than a secondary glue operation) reduces cost (i.e., assembly labor cost and equipment investment).

Rubber to Plastic
Our experience in thermoset bonding of rubber to metal and to engineered plastics inserts allows us to offer unique application solutions. Our ability to bond rubber parts during the molding process (rather than a secondary glue operation) reduces cost (i.e., assembly labor cost and equipment investment).
Industry Leaders
As one of the first molders of fluoroelastomers, IER Fujikura has been the leader in the technical culture of synthetic elastomers.

IER Capabilities
Air-Cylinders
Mechanical devices which use the power of compressed gas to produce a force in a reciprocating linear motion.
Duck Bills
Unique, one-piece, elastomeric components that act as backflow prevention devices or one-way valves or check valves.
Rubber to Metal
These are vulcanization bonded products of rubber and metal or rubber and resin with higher adhesive reliability.
Air Regulators
Allows high-pressure fluid or air supply lines or tanks to be reduced to safe and/or usable pressures for various applications.
Flow Regulators
Flow Regulators are constant flow regulating valves, which are components that control the flow of water.
Umbrella Valves
Precise check valves which have shapes that utilize the deformation and sealing properties of rubber materials.
Diaphragms
Flexible seals prevent unwanted transmission of substances between two places. Essential in flow control applications.
Rolling Diaphragms
BF Diaphragms are special diaphragms shaped like top hats which provide the properties both of bellows and diaphragms.
Custom Products
IER Fujikura is experienced in all types of synthetic elastomers and we pioneered the molding of fluorinated elastomers.
